"I love how Jen’s videos give me one thing to work on per day, and how she helps us think of contexts throughout the day when we could put a particular movement in to practice. If it were just a weekly half hour exercise class, I would limit my “exercise” to that time. But because it’s a movement (when you’re bending over, when you’re sitting, when you’re laying down), I remember it multiple times a day, and it becomes part of how I sit down, bend over or whatever."

Even missing days, not doing things enough, I still have increased flexibility, less pain during, and at the end of the day, more mobility and endurance, and just overall more energy.
